芭蕉布のふるさと・大宜味村で、作家さんの工房を直接訪ねる特別な時間。

芭蕉についての説明の後、作家さんに作業工程の一部を実演していただきます。
工房の空気の中で素材が糸へと変わる手仕事を間近にご覧下さい。

さらに、作家さん所有の着物や古裂に直接触れる事で芭蕉布の奥深さと美しさを体感していただけます。
